Remember that the Owner side of these Resorts are in high demand almost all year. These Resorts are very popular by OWNER'S worldwide and are in high demand for their hospitality. The further out you request, the more likely you are to find your dates, more than 30-60 days lead is best.
You will receive our "GUEST CERTIFICATE" well before your 7-days of check-in. This will show you are an Owner's Guest and your pampering will begin!!!
AVAILABILITY can change, unless specified in your quote (good for 24 hours) and until reservations are confirmed with Resort, and paid to VTE.
We reserve the right to cancel any REQUEST reservation that has been booked without VTE approval. This will delay the booking completion.
When booking a CONFIRMED DATE...
We have already made the reservations for the confirmed dates and it is waiting for you to select and enjoy.
Just enter those
exact dates from the listing title into the "CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT", then select "ADD".
Follow the instructions and BOOM, you are on your way to the sandy shores!
These are 100% confirmed dates that are waiting for you.
When REQUESTING A DATE...
Text or Email us with the Resort & Room description, please include at least 2-alternate dates,
along with type bed setup? King or 2 doubles/queens?
Give us up to 24 hours and BOOM, you’re on your way to those sandy shores.
*If a Suite is listed as REQUESTED, it CANNOT be booked without US CALLING the Resort as
